There are two reasons why silicone tubes can bubble:
1. Raw Material Problem: It is estimated that transparent white carbon black is impure or mixed with other white carbon black.
2. Coking problems: uneven mixing of rubber materials, unreasonable filling capacity, and uncontrolled discharge temperature and time.
3. The wall thickness is too thick and the hardness is too soft.
Specific solutions:
1. For raw material issues: select transparent white carbon black with a higher purity, clean it with a kneading machine, and then refine the transparent adhesive.
2. For coking process issues: control the kneading temperature and time, extend the original kneading time by 5-10 minutes, and then discharge the glue for inspection.
3. If the wall thickness is thick, try to choose silicone raw materials with high hardness.
